Maple Blues Awards News Update !

From the other side of the earth!

It’s been a while since I’ve dropped a line here.

It was a busy fall.  I toured across the country.  50 some dates coast to coast.  So many great crowds.

After wrapping the tour up with a handful of shows at home on the East Coast I’ve made my way to Australia.  On a day off today and taking advantage of the time to catch up on the internet.

Not a lot of news other than I have been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Acoustic Act of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year at this years Maple Blues Awards.  You can still vote online at www.mapleblues.ca  Voting ends on December 10th.

It’s a little strange being in a place so warm as we get closer to Christmas.  It’s just not the same without the snow.  But, I’m sure I’ll get by.

I’ll write again soon.  I’m off to track down a wombat!
